This came off the back of a comment I read on socials about a chap who said he’d tried everything but wasn’t making any progress.
He clearly didn’t have a plan if you ask me.
In any case…
Do you have a plan?
Or are you just doing ‘random acts of marketing’?
Are you even doing any marketing?…
Look at your autoresponder sequences for example.
Do you know WHY each one contains the content that it does?
Have you got an autoresponder sequence in your business?
If you haven’t…get one in place.
Or If you already have…
Do you know why you’re offering certain products in certain emails and why they should fall in that order?
What will you do if they don’t take up your offer and buy from your email…what will you do if they DO buy?
A pen and notepad can be your best mate here.
And if you aren’t building a list, you should be.
Make it a priority.
Sitting down and looking at your business so that you know what you want each part of it to do…(this part gathers my new leads, this bit introduces my brand, this part offers my products or an affiliate product etc)
If you have a plan you’ll know what you’re doing next.
You’ll stop wasting time flitting from one task to another.
You’ll know who your customers are and who they should be.
You’ll be able to charge top prices for your products and services.
Or promote High paying affiliate offers if you don’t have your own product to sell.
Because you’ll know exactly who you’re selling to, how to contact them and how much they typically spend.
Pen and notepad.
